What We Offer
Membership in the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) is open to plaintiff attorneys and paralegals. We do not offer membership to attorneys and paralegals who do any defense work or whose firms do defense work.Attorney Membership
To achieve membership as a Board-Certified member, attorneys are vetted through a detailed process that involves examining their real-world experience and results pertaining to truck crash cases. These experiences and results are verified, and the skills and knowledge of the attorneys are tested. Membership cannot be purchased for any sum of money outside of the vetting process.
You may learn more about the membership requirements here.
Once an attorney becomes a member, they are eligible to begin receiving membership benefits. This includes receiving access to networking, training, education, and the potential of one-on-one assistance from Board-Certified members who are experienced in handling complex truck crash cases. We even have a mentor program to assist newer attorneys. Our members regularly speak at educational programs around the country and take part in hosting webinars which all members have permanent access to.

Paralegal Membership
ATAA also provides membership benefits and a board certification program especially for paralegals. With educational programs administered by paralegals who are experienced and knowledgeable in trucking litigation, paralegals can attain a higher level of knowledge in this field and obtain board certification in trucking litigation as a paralegal. This can greatly assist attorneys looking for experienced paralegals in this field with verifiable knowledge and expertise.
