By registering and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this program, I affirm that:
- I am a licensed attorney engaged in active law practice at a plaintiff's only law firm or a paralegal engaged in working for a plaintiff's only law firm.
- Attorney registrant must be in good standing of each State Bar in which the attorney is a member.
- I do not represent any insurance company, individual, corporation, or any other entity in the defense of any injury or wrongful death matters.
- I do not work within a firm where any of the attorneys in the firm represent an insurance company, individual, corporation, or any other entity in the defense of any injury or wrongful death matters.
- I do not subscribe to any defense only bar or organizations and/or listservs.
I additionally affirm:
- I will not disclose any information and/or materials obtained through attendance at any ATAA program with any person who is not an ATAA member; unless the materials are used in furtherance of a case on behalf of a client or to help educate other plaintiffs' attorneys (e.g., demand package, litigation exhibit, PowerPoint presentation);
- I will not sell or distribute for profit any information and/or materials obtained through attendance at any ATAA program;

Registered attendees who must cancel their attendance at this program will be refunded 100% of their registration fee if cancelation is received 30 days in advance of the start of the program. Attendees who cancel two calendar weeks in advance of the start of the program will be refunded 50% of their registration fee. No registration fee refund will be made for cancelations received less than two calendar weeks prior to the start of the program.
